Service Life & Maintenance
Internal coatings are corrosion resistant and maintenance ports are easy to access for longer service life with less downtime.
Loading: Cut and pre-cured AAC cakes (on steam-curing trolleys) are moved into the autoclave chamber through a rail system.
Sealing & Pressurization: Once sealed, the autoclave is filled with saturated steam, gradually increasing both temperature (180–200°C) and pressure (1.0–1.3 MPa).
Isothermal Soaking: The system maintains a steady high-pressure steam environment, allowing hydration and crystallization reactions to occur, converting calcium-containing compounds and silica into tobermorite.
Cooling & Decompression: After the reaction period, steam is gradually released, and the temperature is reduced to ambient levels to ensure product stability.
Unloading: Cured AAC products are then unloaded for packaging and dispatch.
