Working Of AAC Cutting Machine
Preparation of AAC Slurry: Cement, lime, fly ash, gypsum, and aluminum powder are mixed to form slurry.
Molding: The slurry is poured into molds and allowed to set and expand.
Pre-Curing: After initial hardening, the AAC “cake” is demolded.
Cutting Process: The AAC cutting machine slices the cake into accurate block sizes using wire cutters or blades.
Final Autoclaving: The blocks are cured under high pressure and temperature.
