1. The cutting line is equipped with two cutting vehicles: billet loading vehicle 1# and billet unloading vehicle 2#1, which are respectively parked at the billet loading position and billet unloading position of the cutting ditch;

2. The guide rail of the cutting car is processed as a whole, and can be adjusted in 6 directions, greatly eliminating civil construction errors. At the same time, the track adopts the form of V rail + flat rail, to ensure the smooth running of the cutting car;

3. The cutting trolley walking frequency conversion speed regulation, the transmission part is separated from the car body, adopts fixed type installation, does not walk with the car, at the same time, the cutting trolley includes track automatic cleaning device.
