(1)The cutting line is equipped with two cutting vehicles: billet loading vehicle 1# and billet unloading vehicle 2#1, which are parked at the billet loading position and billet unloading position of the cutting ditch respectively;

(2)The guide rail of the cutting car is processed as a whole, and can be adjusted in 6 directions, greatly eliminating civil construction errors. And, the track adopts the form of V rail + flat rail, to ensure the smooth running of the cutting car;

(3)Cutting trolley walking frequency conversion speed regulation, transmission part and car body separation, adopt a fixed form of installation, do not walk with the car, at the same time cutting trolley includes track automatic cleaning device.
