The AAC plant key equipment works around the cutting station. It consists of a cutting car, pinion and rack moving rail. In the cutting section of the AAC production line, this cutting equipment can convey the green cake and the side plate from the turning hoist to the tilting table. Thus the cutting duration can be shortened and the cake can be kept stable during cutting.
The AAC plant key equipment exchanging system includes an additional cutting car and a hydraulic lifting device. To be specific, after the first cutting car delivers the green cake to the vertical cutting machine, the hydraulic lift device will lift the cake and side plate for cutting. During the cutting, the first car leaves for carrying the next cake, while the second cutting car comes to convey the processed cake to the next processing station. In this way, we increase the whole cutting speed and the final capacity.
