AAC Block Mould Box
The mold adopts butterfly spring rocker arm locking mode, self-aligning form of double pressure wheel to press the side plate to ensure the complete fit of the side plate and the mold, and maximally prolong the service life of the sealing rubber strip in the process of use;
AAC Block Mould Side Plate
Side plate, working together with mould, is a necessary part for an AAC production line. After de-moulding, the side plate carries the green cake to cutting, grouping, autoclaving and packaging.
Friction Wheel For AAC Block
In the production of AAC blocks, a friction wheel transfer cart enables the movement of AAC blocks by leveraging the friction between the wheel and the conveyor track. This system ensures efficient and automated transportation of molds and blocks between various stages of the production process, such as pre-curing and cutting.
Slurry Scale For AAC Block

Curing Room Drag Cart For AAC Block
A curing room drag cart for AAC (Autoclaved Aerated Concrete) blocks is a specialized piece of equipment utilized in the manufacturing process of AAC blocks to transport the formed blocks into the autoclave for steam curing. This equipment generally features a car-like structure that moves along rails, either through manual operation or via an automated mechanical system, to facilitate the transfer of blocks into the autoclave.

AAC Block Mould Box
AAC block mould box have many features, including:
(1)The whole process of the mold bottom frame is made of special tooling, which ensures the dimensional accuracy and realizes the interchangeability of the mold;
(2)Mold and blank contact surface flatness error 6m direction ≤1 ㎜, 1.2m direction ≤1 ㎜, mold diagonal error is less than or equal to 2 ㎜. The stiffness of die and side plate is guaranteed. The load deformation is no more than 0.5mm/m, and the diagonal error is less than 0.1‰;
(3)In order to ensure the assembly accuracy of its molds, Weida adopts the assembly mode of "rough milling - finishing - assembly". The machining workshop is equipped with large gantry milling machine and CNC machining center and other large machining equipment to ensure the machining accuracy of equipment.
AAC Block Mould Side Plate
AAC block mould side plate have many features, including:
1. The panel adopts steel plate and steel frame suspension connection, which can effectively alleviate the thermal deformation in the process of steaming and maintaining the service life of the side plate. It is equipped with special plate insertion and drilling positioning holes to realize the accurate positioning of the cage frame.
2. Use special tooling when assembling base and panel to ensure uniformity of thickness of all side panels;
3. The plate positioning pin is welded by tooling to ensure dimensional accuracy.
Curing Room Drag Cart For AAC Block
Curing room drag cart for AAC block have many features, including:
(1)The curing ferry cart for aac block adopts the structure of three friction wheels and realizes the taking and placing of the mold by controlling the lifting of the friction wheels at both ends;
(2)By equipped with servo motor drive, rack and pinion walking to achieve accurate positioning and accurate alignment of both sides of the shore track;
(3)The walking wheel adopts quick disassembly structure, easy to repair;
(4)Servo motor drive is adopted for walking;
