What should I pay attention to when placing materials in a side entry mixer?

The side entry mixer is a type of mixing equipment used by many professions. Those who understand it know that the feeding process is essential in the use of a mixer. Although theoretically the stirring power of desulfurization agitators can be divided into two aspects: stirrer power and mixing power, in practice, only or mainly considering stirrer power is considered. Because it is difficult to accurately measure the stirring power, the required stirring power is usually achieved by setting the speed of the stirrer. So, what are the issues to pay attention to during the feeding process of the side entry stirrer?
1. When adding materials to the side entry mixer, special care should be taken to avoid heating materials in an empty tank or adding cold materials in a hot tank. Excessive thermal shock will definitely affect the function of enamel, while ensuring that no hard solid objects will transfer into the pot. For large hard materials that are not necessary to participate, they should be destroyed before participating. When selecting a mixing container, equipment manufacturers should determine the shape and size of the mixing container based on the production scale (i.e. material handling capacity), the purpose of the mixing operation, and the characteristics of the material. When determining the volume of the mixing container, the loading coefficient should be reasonably selected to maximize the utilization rate of the equipment. If there are no special requirements, it is generally recommended to use commonly used vertical cylindrical containers for the kettle body, and choose an appropriate cylinder height to diameter ratio (or the height to diameter ratio of the container containing liquid). If there are heat transfer requirements, a jacket structure must be installed outside the kettle.
During the operation of the side entry mixer, it should be noted that when the equipment is heated through a jacket, it should be slowly pressurized and heated. Side entry mixer, also known as side entry mixer, is a mixer that installs the mixing device on the side wall of the equipment cylinder. Select the appropriate stirrer based on the physical properties, capacity, and stirring purpose of different media. The general stirring speed is 300-1400 rpm, and a pressure of 0.1MP is applied in advance. After a quarter of an hour, steam should be slowly introduced to reach the working pressure.
3. Pay attention when discharging. When encountering blockage in the side entry mixer, metal tools cannot be used to shovel. You can use a bamboo pole or plastic (structure: synthetic resin, plasticizer, stabilizer, pigment) stick or mallet to quietly poke. When cooling is required after the reaction is completed, it is necessary to wait for the temperature to naturally decrease to a certain extent before introducing cooling water into the jacket.
