How To Operate A Mixing Machine Correctly

The mixing machine is composed of a horizontally rotating container and rotating vertical mixing blades. When the formed material is mixed, the container turns left and the blades turn right. Due to the effect of countercurrent, the movement directions of the formed material particles intersect, increasing the chances of contact with each other. The countercurrent mixing has low extrusion pressure on the material, low heat generation, high mixing efficiency, and more uniform mixing. All of its applications are also quite extensive, so how to operate the mixer?
1. Connect the power supply correctly, open the cover, and check if there are any foreign objects inside the machine room.
2. Start the machine and idle it to check if it is normal, and check if the rotation of the mixing blades is correct. Only when the conditions are met can the material be put into production.
3. Drying function setting: Turn the conversion switch on the electrical dashboard of the mixing machine to the drying position, set the desired temperature on the temperature control table. When the set temperature is reached, the machine will stop running, and set the time meter to 5-30 minutes for cycle start function to keep the raw materials dry.
4. Mixing and color mixing function: Turn the conversion switch of the electrical instrument to the color mixing position, set the protection temperature of the raw material on the temperature gauge. When the raw material reaches its protection temperature during the color mixing time, the machine stops running and needs to be restarted.
5. Stop function: When stopping during operation, switch to "Stop" or press the "OFF" button.
6. Discharge: Pull the discharge baffle of the mixer and press the 'jog' button.
