Different Brick Materials Have Different Requirements For The Use Of Aerated Brick Packaging Equipment

Different brick materials have different requirements for the use of aerated brick packaging equipment. Aerated bricks are a new type of environmentally friendly building material, mainly produced from industrial by-products. Compared to previous brick materials, aerated bricks are more energy-efficient, with light weight, good insulation and seismic resistance. Therefore, these new types of bricks not only have green and energy-saving performance, but also have good performance. Of course, most of them can only be used for indoor non load-bearing wall construction. Aerated bricks are a collective term for all bricks with hollow and lightweight characteristics, and for the packaging of such building materials, different types of bricks are suitable for different types of aerated brick packaging equipment.
The development of aerated bricks comes from the restrictions imposed by higher authorities on the production and use of traditional red bricks, and some regions have even forced the use of aerated bricks, which has also led to the rapid development of the industry. Nowadays, we mostly use palletless packaging for the production of aerated bricks, which saves costs for brick factories and facilitates the loading and unloading of bricks. This packaging method requires the use of specialized aerated brick packaging equipment. For brick packaging, regardless of the type of brick, the basic requirement for brick factories is not only to save costs, but also to have good applicability. Therefore, whether it is a pneumatic packaging machine, a portable electric packaging machine, or a manual packaging machine, the one with strong applicability is the best.
Nowadays, in the market, we can see that most of the commonly used aerated brick packaging equipment is fully automatic, mainly composed of suspension conveying system, bundling system, (threading system, bundling unit) steering lifting assembly, and stacking track. For most coal fired brick factories, product adhesion is inevitable, and some also have the phenomenon of embryo inversion. The fully automatic packaging mode of the suspension conveying system requires manual assistance. We have repeatedly said that the domestic brick production method cannot achieve * * * without manual participation, and workers need to code the bricks and put them into the basket frame. The basket will then be operated, and the bricks will be pushed onto the conveying track by hydraulic push plates, When the bricks are transported to the bundling unit, a pre tightening will be performed, and then the aerated brick packaging equipment will automatically pack them.
