The palletless packaging process for aerated bricks is a production line composed of various packaging equipment, with a high degree of automation. The basic production and packaging process for palletless packaging of aerated bricks is as follows: the steam curing vehicle that loads the finished aerated bricks comes out of the autoclave and enters the palletless packaging unit through the return track. The automatic feeding machine pushes the steam curing vehicle on the return track to position and move it. The clamping device picks up the brick stack through the brick holder. Before entering the autoclave, the aerated brick bodies are cross stacked, After exiting the kettle, the cross stacked aerated brick products are collected by the clamping device in the same direction, and then transported to the return chain conveyor belt for vertical bundling along with the transfer tray through the lifting and pushing mechanism. The brick stacks are then transported to the secondary bundling chain conveyor belt through another vertically arranged lifting and pushing mechanism for bundling in another direction. At this point, the brick stacks that have already been bundled will be transported to the unloading chain conveyor belt for unloading. The brick stack packaging has been completed, but the operation of the non tray packaging system for aerated bricks has not been completed. The tray operation device will transport the hole tray to the return chain conveyor belt and move it to the transportation device to wait for the next process of brick stack packaging. The entire packaging system workflow is only completed at this time.
Therefore, based on the above palletless packaging process of aerated bricks, an intelligent packaging system requires the application of clamping devices, chain conveyor belts, lifting and pushing devices, bundling machines, pallet transfer devices, pallets (more than two), automatic feeding machines, and other main parts. The entire packaging line operates in a closed-loop manner, consisting of chain conveyor belts, lifting and pushing devices, and pallet transfer devices. The pallets are recycled on the recycling production line, The clamping device spans the return track of the product production line and the packaging unit production line.
