The production process of the aerated block is as follows:
⑴. Raw materials such as lime, cement, gypsum, sand (or fly ash) are stored in the storage bin (or storage tank) for backup after treatment.
(2) Prepare aluminum powder or aluminum paste for use after treatment.
⑶. The raw materials are measured by an electronic weighing scale according to a certain ratio, and the aluminum powder and water are added to the aluminum powder mixer after measurement to form a suspension.
(4) The water used for ingredients (cold water or hot water in the hot water tank) is measured by an electronic water scale.
After measuring the raw materials and aluminum powder suspension, add them to the pouring mixer in a certain order, mix them evenly, and then pour them into the mold (the plate should be pre placed with steel mesh in the mold).
After a certain temperature and time of static stop pre curing, when the billet reaches a certain strength, it is lifted to the cutting machine by flipping the lifting tool for 90o and demolding for cutting.
a. Firstly, the blank is vertically cut and milled on the side.
b. Then perform longitudinal and horizontal cutting.
c. Finally, perform horizontal cutting.
d. The cut billet is lifted by a loading crane to the steam curing trolley in front of the kettle for stacking and grouping.
(7) The assembled green bodies are pulled into the autoclave for steam curing.
After the steamed and cured products are released from the kettle, they are broken off by a plate breaking machine.
(9) Transported by finished product slings or forklifts to the finished product yard for stacking according to specifications.
(10) After the finished product is unloaded, the steam curing trolley and side plate enter the next circulation plate and return. After cleaning, they are combined with the mold frame demoulded by the flipping lifting tool, and restored to 90o before returning to the pouring mixer for re pouring.
